Mitch’s reputation as a tireless advocate is well-known and well-deserved. He approaches every transaction as if he is standing in the shoes of his client, and that has earned him the loyalty and respect of everyone he works with. He is driven by competitive spirit and the fierce desire to do things right and do them well.

That has led to some extraordinary results in his 37-year career. He has sold and leased over 51 million square feet of industrial space in 4,600 transactions with $4.7 billion in total consideration.

Mitch is also a respected leader, having served as President of Voit Real Estate Services as it transitioned to its broker-owned format in 2015.

Whether he is negotiating a deal or racing his mountain bike, Mitch is committed to giving 100% every time. Perhaps the truest test of all in defining his success in commercial real estate, is the respect he has earned from his peers in the industry.

Before Adam Hill joined the Zehner Hill Industrial Group in 2015, he spent 12 years as an entrepreneur. He and a friend started a business in Orange County that supplied specialized paper products to the art and photography industries. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he helped grow the company into a market leader, when the company moved to a 300,000-square-foot building in Austin, Texas. But, as successful as he was, he and his wife Katherine decided to move back to California to be close to their extended family and lifelong friends.

As a career sales executive and entrepreneur, he learned the art of problem solving and dealing with the unexpected, skills that he now uses to help other entrepreneurs find and secure facilities that will help their businesses thrive. It’s no surprise to anyone who knows him well that he has risen to top performer status at Voit in record time.

He especially enjoys working on complex requirements that require him to put his problem-solving skills to the test. His clients and his industry peers recognize his ability to quickly identify and resolve areas of difficulty. If anyone can make it look easy, it’s Adam Hill.

 

Adam Joins Voit Board of Directors

We’re proud to share that Adam joined the Board of Directors at Voit Real Estate Services in January 2024.

Voit is a privately held, Southern California–based commercial real estate firm built on a client-first approach. What makes Voit unique is that our brokers serve not only as shareholders, but also as members of our Board of Directors.

The Board is elected to represent all shareholders and is responsible for guiding company policy, overseeing corporate management, and making decisions on key issues that shape the future of Voit.

Michael joined the Zehner Hill Industrial group in 2012 after earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate from University of San Diego. Right from the start, he demonstrated his eagerness to become a North Orange County market expert and share his knowledge with property investors and business owners to help them make informed real estate decisions. His balanced approach to the business has led to a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges faced by investors, owner-users and tenants.

Known for his diligence, personable demeanor, integrity and attention to detail, Michael’s clients rely on him to provide all the information they need to move forward with confidence. He represents numerous industrial business park owners and proactively markets their space through street canvassing and use of the team’s state-of-the-art digital marketing platform. Those efforts often result in his representing both parties in many of the transactions he completes. Now a 13-year veteran in the industry, he is known for his proactive approach in handling even the most complex issues to ensure optimum results for his clients. His area of expertise lies in Southern California, leasing, sales, investment sales, land acquisitions, representing both Landlords and Tenants from mom-and-pop outfits to institutional ownerships,  as well as buyers and sellers of every kind. 

Michael resides in North Tustin with his wife, Morgan, and his three children, Harvey, Scout, and Dolly. His outside interests include mountain biking, motorcycles, camping, and classic cars. You can regularly find him and his sons at Saturday morning car shows around the county

Chris, now a Senior Vice President in Voit’s Irvine office, joined Voit in 2018 after working for several years at another real estate firm. He has a wide range of experience in multiple property and transaction types, including leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants, property acquisition and disposition, ground-up development and redevelopment. At Voit, Chris focuses primarily on representing tenants, owner/users, landlords and investors throughout Southern California in industrial and office transactions. He has personally completed over 200 transactions with total consideration of more than $300 Million throughout the Western United States.

An entrepreneur at heart, Chris built and sold his own company while attending Loyola Marymount University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2012. He used the proceeds of that sale to get his start in the commercial real estate business. Ever since, Chris has applied what he learned as a business owner to gain a better understanding of what his clients’ need to make informed decisions about their facilities and investments. He is also an investor in commercial real estate for his own account, so he knows what investors need to analyze, underwrite, and operate acquisition opportunities.

Chris is known for his thoroughness, attention to detail and superior customer service. He also maintains a network of professional relationships in industries that support commercial real estate, including attorneys, accountants, architects, builders and lenders, all of whom he can call on for expertise in support of his clients.

A Las Vegas native, Chris has resided in Southern California since 2008. He loves to play golf & exercise, enjoys live music events, good food and has been an avid reader all his life.

Reed joined the Zehner Hill Industrial Group in 2022 after an internship at Voit where he gained valuable market knowledge and a passion for Industrial Real Estate in Orange County. Using past experiences in the sports marketing industry, he excels in building and maintaining relationships, putting all his effort and resources into clients’ best interests. Utilizing his market knowledge to consult with business owners in making educated real estate decisions, Reed is always willing to assist you in any way he can.

Reed graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2020, where he majored in Marketing and minored in Business Management with an emphasis in Real Estate. While in college, Reed enjoyed going to the mountains to bike and ski, depending on the season, and continues to bike in and around Newport Beach in his free time.
